Plesk Issue - Updating a file through file manager is not reflected on website

A strange issue happened while using UnlimtedGB hosting service.

When i tried to edit a web page through plesk file manager, it allowed to save the changes. But when i cleared cache and refreshed the web page which i edited, the new contents were not there, ie the changes were not reflected in the website.

So I came back to plesk file manager and checked the file which i previously edited, then i could see the change was in the file, but not on website.

But if i try to download the file through FTP using details
ftp server : ftp.mydomain.org
user name : mydomainpleskpaneluser
password: mydomainpleskpaneluserpassword

then I could download the file and the file i received didn't have the changes i made through the plesk file manager, so i added the changes and uploaded back to the server, after that i refreshed the website and the changes were reflected on the site.

The problem was with the url which I took to login to the plesk cpanel

Earlier i was doing plesk login by Going to https://www.unlimitedgb.com, enter the user name and password and entering the Cient Area, From there took the "My Services" on that page, then is a "Cpanel login" button. On clicking this will take to Cpanel home and the user session will be already set there and I could browse all the option in the cpanel home. but currently there is some kind of problem with this way of login. So when you login to plesk, please use the link "http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel" , Probably this will be the cpanel link, the hosting company have sent you via email during the service registration time.
