Until Sept 30, 2014, You will be able to export your orkut photo albums to Google+
If you have a Google+ account you can can export their photo albums to Google+ in 4 simple steps
- Logon to your Google+ account.
- Take the Album Export url http://www.orkut.com/AlbumsExport.
- Select each album you want to export or You can use Select all Option
- Click on "IMPORT SELECTED" botton
