Godrej Smart Care Number and SMS format
Recently Our Godrej washing machine had some problems with its Knob and timer. Here is what I did.:
I called at their Customer care number 1800 209 5511. They had registered a compaint on behalf of me and sent me an SMS with the Complaint number and the Name of the Technician who is going to attend the issue and the date when he would come. They also mentioned the service charge which I should pay to the technician. There after another SMS came with a 3 letter code which i should pass to the technician if I am satisfied with his service.
On the mentioned date Technician couldn't arrive and next day I got an SMS with the rescheduled date. on the day he came and checked the equipment and replace the fault knob and timer system. Really I was surprised by the customer service they are giving.
