Pay Your KSEB Electricity Bill Online
How to know latest KSEB bill Amount OnlineKerala State Electricity board (KSEB) has started Online option for customers to know their Electricity bills Online in simple steps.
For this you have to logon to KSEB's Official Website http://www.kseb.in/
On the home page click on the "View LT Bill " tab. This will load the following url http://goo.gl/MzrTUS (actual url "http://kseb.in/index.php?option=com_wrapper&view=wrapper&Itemid=218" is shotened to thegiven url, kindly take this on browser to view actual url)
On the page select your KSEB section and enter your Consumer number and click on "View Bill" button. Your electricity Bill can now be viewed or downloaded.
How to pay KSEB Bill Online
Follow the given steps for paying Online
Keep your latest Electricity Bill near by, before attempting the Payment.
Logon to http://www.kseb.in/
On the home page click on the "Quick Pay" tab. This will load the Kseb's Web self service page and the url is url
https://wss.kseb.in/selfservices/quickpay
On the page select your KSEB section, Enter the consumer number, bill number and enter your Email Id and mobile number and Click on "Proceed to Pay bill" button. then Select your payment option and continue. A confirmation screen with net transaciton amount will be shown. Click "Make Payment" and continue with online transaction.
Once payment is completed, the transaction details will be displayed. User can take printout of the same.
The details will be send to the given Email/Mobile also.

Some of the users recently experienced issues while trying to pay the electricity bill via online as they were getter warning messages like invalid consumer number, bill number etc.
This issue is due to some updations on KSEB's side in generating the Consumer number and bill number. Now KSEB has started changed the 5 digit Consumer number to a 13 digit number, similarly the bill number is also changed to a 13 digit one. Due to this transition process, sometimes if your enter the consumer number or bill number that to you see on your electricity bill, may result in some error warnings. How to create a new account on KSEB's Self service portal
Logon to KSEB's Self Service online portal https://wss.kseb.in/selfservices/
Click on "New User Registration " link, add required details there and add the consumer number.
Once registration is completed, You can view your latest bill once you login to the portal.
You can the amount using offline or online mode.
You may directly visit the KSEB office to pay the bill or use Credit card or ATM cum Debit card to perform the online payment through the portal.
