To do this simply do the following steps:

Step1 : Visit http://gplus.to/

Step2 : Enter the Nick Name. from the above mention pages, the nick name is "vacanciesonline"
Note : Your username could be 3 to 25 characters,Should not contain special characters,. Only Latin characters and numbers can be used.

Step3: Enter Google plus page ID. from the above mention pages, the Page ID is "113821410904543826237"

Step4: Click on Add button and this will generate the short url for you google page.
